“She Helped me Feel Like Myself Again!”

I found Jenna this year and came to her on a whim with a worn down look that left me feeling less than myself when I looked into the mirror. Jenna was amazing right from the start. I gave her loose ideas of what I wanted and stressed that I just wanted to feel like I look good and that I was blindly trusting her to tweak my ideas based off of what worked best with my face shape/skin tone/ etc. That first appointment 6 months ago brought back the feeling I craved when I look in the mirror. She blew me away. After 6 months of growth I came back for a retouch and trim and honestly expected to leave feeling pretty neutral about it all but I should have known Jenna would knock it out of the park again. She has absolutely nailed it twice now and I’m beyond sold on her skills. She helped me feel like myself again – but a better more polished version – and I know she’s got me hooked as a permanent client. HIGHLY recommend!!

Sometimes reviews change over time…mine though is like a fine wine….it has aged with grace and consistency with the service at Bladerunner. I goofed up with the date of my last appointment. This salon is BUSY and I do book two appointments out…I felt really bad for my stylist and thought I may have to wait until my next appt. The receptionist came to the rescue and was more than understanding of my faux pas. She first asked if it would be okay to fit me in with another stylist if she could get me in right away – I agreed (grey roots tell a tale)! She found a great time with the owner…but when I went to put that on my calendar…the appt time would not work. As luck would have it my daughter had an appt with my stylist she was unable to keep and was kind to let ol’ mama have it! One more phone call and the receptionist did not miss a beat in being gracious about jumping through hoops…again!!!! All that to say the service I receive has been stellar. The stylists are ready and able to step in interchangeably to help the clients. Kudos to Lisa, Cindy, Marcia, and Jenna, and to Harley! And the rest of the staff!

If you need a perfect hair cut and color please go to Bladerunner and visit HARLEY!! I’ve worn my hair in a ponytail or with a hat for the last year trying to grow my gray hair out. I had a fiasco from another salon where they colored my almost grown out gray hair BLACK again in which made me self-conscious and upset for weeks.  They told me sorry and I would have to let my hair grow back again because they couldn’t get the dye out. Not only did Harley get the black dye out but she transformed my hair into the most beautiful, perfectly colored, shiny hair that I have ever had. Needless to say, I can now wear it out of the pony tail and I have had tons of compliments. Plus, everyone in Bladerunner, especially MARSHA was super friendly and helpful!
